Constella is a puzzle game. We collect the minimum data needed to understand how the game is played and to fix bugs — nothing more. We do not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, or any information that identifies you.
We collect anonymous analytics events, including:
We do not collect your name, email, device ID, IP address, precise location, contacts, photos, or any other personal information. No data is linked to your identity.
Analytics help us understand which levels feel too hard or too easy, where players get stuck, and which features are used. This lets us improve the game over time. We do not sell or share this data for advertising purposes.
Analytics are processed by PostHog, an open-source analytics platform. Events are sent to PostHog's cloud infrastructure. PostHog's privacy policy is available at posthog.com/privacy.
PostHog is configured to:
Open the app, go to Settings, and toggle off Analytics. No events will be sent once this is disabled. The setting is saved locally on your device.
Constella does not display ads at launch (v1.0). No advertising data is collected and no advertising identifiers (IDFA) are accessed. This policy will be updated if ads are added in a future version.
Constella is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect any data from children under 13.
Anonymous analytics events are retained by PostHog for up to 12 months, after which they are automatically deleted.
We may update this policy as the game evolves (for example, if advertising is introduced). The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
